Responsibilities

  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment,
  • supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years or more years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual

  • Own transportation; Public transportation is available
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to supervise 5 to 10 people
